From humble beginnings, opening as Waterline Café, a coffee and sandwich bar in the corner of the new Keppel Bay Marina building in 1996, The Waterline Restaurant as it is known today has forged a reputation for the best quality food and friendliest service on the coast. It has taken three kitchen renovations, to grow the business to what it is today. The most recent in 2005 when Executive Chef Matt Smith joined the team and introduced evening dining, taking The Waterline Restaurant to the next level. The Waterline Restaurant’s concept in food is to provide a variety of fresh flavours by handcrafting all our products purely from nature. The food is a harmony of all the finest ingredients found locally and around the world. Seasonal produce is obtained from local fruit, vegetable and seafood markets and the beef is produced on our family cattle properties. These authentic, highly refined and fresh ingredients are combined in a manner that will indulge and nourish the palate while satisfying the senses. The menus have been prepared with a blend of traditional and avant-garde techniques, and a seamless marriage of Asian and Australian flavour. We also have an exceptional range of hand selected craft beers and boutique wines to compliment your meal.
Redeeming customers within the venue will be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming the Gift Card. If the redeeming customer is unable to provide identification the venue may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until the redeeming customer is able to do so. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards expire 36 months after issue. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at the specifically listed venue/s on the Gift Card and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. You can redeem up to $1000 in Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards, per table in the venue. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards may not be re-sold or bartered for cash. Gift A Restaurant and the specified venue reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required.
