Historically Barangaroo was the home of the Gadigal people, traditional owners of the land. Aboriginal people made campsites located close to the shore especially during summer when fish and shellfish were the staple diet. Today, Barangaroo is the site of Sydney’s hottest urban renewal project. Lotus Barangaroo’s menu pays tribute to the original custodians with a strong seafood focused menu. The menu uses China’s rich history of food with inspiration that dates back to the Ming Dynasty. Lotus Barangaroo offers live fish and seafood by preorder in addition to the main menu. Our dumpling master will create dumplings using produce that is native to the local land and sea. The philosophy of the Barangaroo site is to offer a solid representation of wines from all over the globe. The list is curated by our Sommeliers, who have the knowledge and experience to make your dining experience memorable and exciting. Redeeming customers within the venue will be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming the Gift Card. If the redeeming customer is unable to provide identification the venue may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until the redeeming customer is able to do so. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards expire 36 months after issue. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at the specifically listed venue/s on the Gift Card and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. You can redeem up to $1000 in Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards, per table in the venue. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards may not be re-sold or bartered for cash.
