Mr Lim, which is the brainchild of chef Sammy, believes that his dishes should reflect his lifetime experiences. Arriving in Australia in 2009, he has experienced nothing but wonderment in this country, and aims to give back by delivering a vibrancy to regional New South Wales through his culinary expertise. He began this by opening Mr Sushi King in Orange and Mudgee, and Diana in Potts Point. Sammy's passion for food allowed for him to also open Mr Lim Korean and Chinese. His love for his community is shown through offering exciting, vibrant, dynamic, and sustainable food outlets where people can come together. Sammy's cooking is inspired by the amazing local ingredients, wine and fresh produce that Orange has to offer, and believes that they provide a wonderful opportunity to create fresh and delicious food to the people of Orange.
Redeeming customers within the venue will be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming the Gift Card. If the redeeming customer is unable to provide identification the venue may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until the redeeming customer is able to do so. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards are non-refundable. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards expire 36 months after issue. Gift A Restaurant Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at the specifically listed venue/s on the Gift Card and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
